Welcome to my creative world! I’m Gary Carbaugh, a passionate and resourceful Creative Lead based in Kennesaw, GA. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, brand innovation, and client engagement, I have dedicated my career to crafting cutting-edge creative solutions that drive growth and success for businesses of all sizes.
Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with start-ups, global enterprises, and well-established organizations, helping them to achieve their marketing and branding goals. My expertise spans across strategic market planning, design and art management, project ownership, and effective marketing solutions. I am particularly skilled in leading and motivating creative teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
One of my proudest accomplishments includes managing the development and execution of a multi-billion dollar Vanilla consumer brand and initiating the Kodak Dental Systems brand strategy. I also designed and implemented a $3 billion global brand for Carestream Dental, significantly boosting the company’s market presence.
In my most recent role at InComm Payments, I served as the Senior Brand Design Manager, where I led B2C campaigns, design social media content, and oversee brand strategy. My role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience.
My professional journey is backed by a degree in Visual Communications, and I have continuously honed my skills through various workshops and training programs. I am proficient in several Adobe Creative Cloud products, MS Office Suite, HTML 5, and CSS 3, which allows me to bring a versatile approach to every project I undertake.
